You mean a color label? They don't go through on meeting requests.

Are you using a custom form for these appointments?

Hi Sue,
In Outlook 2003, when creating a new meeting request, there is an option to
select a label (e.g.Important,Business, Personal). I understand they may not
go through to the recipeint, but the color will be reflected in the
originator's calendar, will it not?
No custom forms here. Just the default one.
Thanks,
Mark

Yes, the label should work ok on the originators calendar. Does that error
appear only if they try to change the label?

Not sure. Will try and find out. Any ideas in the meantime?
Thanks
