Cannot Add/Remove Windows Components in W2K Pro

When I click on the "Add/Remove Windows Components" button on the Addx/Remove
Programs screen in W2K Pro (a brand-new installation with all updates
applied), I get a popup window with the following message:

"Setup library RsOptCom.dll could not be loaded, or function OcEntry could
not be found. Contact your system administrator. The specific error code is
0x7f."

Can someone tell me what to do to fix this? Thanks.

See if this helps.

Find out where in your hard disk is the file RsOptCom.dll and note its path.
Add the path to your system environment variable.

Thanks, Denis. The file, which I believe is a W2K Server file, is not on my
system. I believe that somehow my control panel got corrupted because of the
sequence in which I applied the windows updates. I reinstalled W2K Pro and
applied the updates in a different order, and now it works. (And the file is
still not on my system.) Thaniks again.
