Cannot access the Internet after installing SP2

When I start up my computer I still get the network connection, but not the
internet connection. If I run the network wizard, then I get both again ???
Until I restart and then, one of the connections is lost again, and then we
run the network wizard......
I have another computer and it also have the same behavior, but not happen
everytime on that computer.
Firewall and ICS service is disabled.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Enable the Firewall and ICS service and any other services that you've
disabled. See if that fixes the problem.
