CANNOT ACCESS OUTLOOK AFTER SUCCESSFULL LOGIN

ONE OF MY USERS DIDNT CHANGE THE PASSWORD UNTIL IT WAS EXPIRED AND THE
NEXT LOGIN PROMPTED FOR A PASSWORD CHANGE WHILE LOGIN IN.

IT GRANTED ACCESS TO THE DOMAIN BUT WHEN OUTLOOK WAS TRIED TO ACCESS,
HE COULDNT, AFTER RESTART THE ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED MESSAGE APPEARED.

THE ACCOUNT WAS UNLOCKED AND THE USER WAS ABLE TO LOGIN, AT TIMES
OUTLOOK PROMPT FOR THE PASSWORD AND DENY ACCESS WHERE THE DOMAIN ACCESS
IS PERMITTED.
