Cannot Access My DVD and CD-RW

When my computer boots up, I receive the following message

"Secondary Master - ATAPI incompatible"
"Secondary Slave - ATAPI incompatible"
Hit the ESC key to resume

When I do this and go to My computer, neither my DVD or CD-RW appears. I've tried going to Setup and Selecting "Auto Configured", for Secondary IDE Master and Secondary Slave, but the problem continues to persists.

Can I get some help to resolve this problem :(

Try a different Ribbon Cable. Make sure that when you reinstall the drives
the red stripe on the cable aligns with Pin1 on the drive and Motherboard.
