cannot access microsoft productivity programs

In my start menu under programs, when I click on Microsoft
productivity, any program, ie; spreadsheet, word processor,
calendar, etc.. I get an error, a skin error, that says it
does not exist. I have a hewlett packard pavilion with
windows xp home edition.

Cynthia,

You have to reinstall MS Works suite. There should be the Works CD supplied
with HP originally.
