Cannot access internet with internet explorer 6.026

Since yesterday I cannot access internet with Internet
Explorer, I can do so with Netscape, what is the problem of
this?

What happened yesterday ?? Did you install/remove
anything ? Please give more details...

I had a backup of my registry and imported it, and now it
is working fine.

I have this same problem. A few weeks ago IE just stopped
working. Whenever I try to go to a site, I get the "page
cannot be displayed" message.. and sometimes I will get an
error message that says, "Internet Explorer could not open
the search page."

I am now forced to use a combination of Mozilla and Opera.
I'm tired of them, I want my IE back. Please someone help.
