Cannot access certain sites

I suddenly cannot access www.usmc.mil or any subordinate sites either by
manually entering the address or by linking into it from my computer. The
site is up and running since I can access it from other computers in my
house. Any ideas?

Are your TIFS cleaned out? When the temp files get full, irritating things
begin to happen. Also, sometimes a defrag and reboot helps. You can also
try a System Restore.

Hi Motor TSgt,
What Anti-virus/Anti-spyware your are runing?, add to ViKi advice you can
rename the Hosts file to Hosts.old to do that follow these steps;
Open the Windows Explorer > locate the path name
C:\windows\System32\drivers\etc select the (etc folder) and look in the
right pane for a file named Hosts but not the Hosts.SAM leave this alone
please.
Right click and select rename from the list and rename it to Hosts.old and
close the Windows Explorer.
Reboot your Computer and see if you can have access for the desired site.
Hope this helps.
Please let us know.
Regards,
nass
