Cannon IR2200 - Spooler SubSystem error

HI...I am getting an error on my Vista Laptop "Spooler SubSystem App stopped
working and was closed". I have tried the article on the lexmark printer
giving the same error but that wasnt successfull.

PLEASE ASSIST ...thank you
