in the moment i want to delete the email (windows mail cane not send it and
block all outgoing emails) i get the msg unbekannter fehler thong is unkowe

That usually means you need to download and run this fix, with Windows
Mail not running:

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in
other folders. If you don't know whether to use 32-bit version or the
64-bit version, try the 32-bit version first. Certain common antivirus
programs, such as most of those from Norton or McAfee, or a recent
one from Trend, tend to cause such problems, although seldom
immediately, so if you have such a program, remember where to find
the fix - you are likely to need it again.

EXTRAS - OPTIONEN - ERWEITERT - WARTUNG

Datenbank alle 1 Mal beim Herunterfahren komprimieren (1 einstellen)

Speichern und Winmail schließen.
Komprimierung ausführen ... jetzt sollte es funktionieren.

Man kann jetzt wieder die Anzahl (1 Mal beim Herunterfahren) erhöhen.

Hey go to this site it offers you a link to a windows update which should
help prevending that it happens again. Also there are a few tools name that
will help repair the database. http://gborn.blogger.de/stories/870028/
I think the site is in german but if you choose the WMUtil it will give you
the instructions in english. I downloaded it and it repaired my database and
after that i could delete all the messages. I can send emails normally again
now. Hope this will help.
 
I have now solved the problem by copying the outbox to the inbox, then sent
it all again.
