Can you turn return reciept off for just one contact?

I need to have return reciept on for my job, but one of the places I have to
send e-mails to wants me to turn it off because it messes up their system,
while the other place likes it because we always know that what I need to
send them will get there. So is their either a way to turn return reciept on
for just certain email addresses or off for just certain email addresses. I
use Office Outlook that came with my Office Suite Pro 2003, if that makes a
difference. Thanks! :)

you could use an after sending rule that asks for notification after it was
read, except when sent to certain people, as long as receipts aren't enabled
by policy (so that you can't disable it in tools, options).
