Outlooking sending to wrong/additional contact

We have an issue with a few users where Outlook 2003 will try to send
their email to the wrong contact. I am deleting all users *nk2 files
each morning. This solved the problem for the most part.A few still
have this problem. 1 example from today, the user sent a mail to
themself, bcc'd 3 recipients. The mail actually went out to the bcc'd
addresses, but Outlook also added 2 contacts into the CC and changed
the To address from the sender to another contact.

Usual case is that Outlook will swap chosen contacts for comletely
different contacts. This definitely happens in Outlook, because we can
turn off send immediately, go to the outbox and find that the
recipients have already been replaced.

Any suggestions?

Are the changed addresses always the same ones?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, (e-mail address removed) asked:

No, random contacts from the user's sharepoint contact list. I could
almost understand if it was just changing the contact to a different
one. But, where it added two contacts to the CC field where there were
none to begin with, just drives me nuts.
