Can you set XP Pro to work like Win2000 adding a program to StartU

We are trying to auto start an application that CANNOT work successfully
using Task Scheduler in WinXP or Win2000. We can get the application to
launch successfully in Win2000 by adding the shortcut to the StartUp folder.
Is there a similar function in WinXP, I cannot find it.

It's the same in XP. Place the application shortcut to the Startup folder.
 
Thank you , exactly what we needed, I just should have tried what works in
Win2000 rather than searching through WinXP help!
