Hello.

We are sending out an internal newsletter using a custom outlook stationary
and we need to include a meeting request in the email. But I cannot seem to
figure out how to apply the html settings in a meeting request.

Is this possible?

Thanks.

Patty

Version of Outlook?
Meeting requests allow HTML formatted bodies. Where do you get stuck?

Its version 2003. I already have the html file created but copy and pasting
seems to mess it up.

Any help?

Thanks,

patty

RTF formatted bodies, not HTML.

Sorry, it uses RTF format. It doesn't allow HTML formatting so you cannot
directly use the html file but you can still use formatting. Another way to
go would be to send the email and attach a vcs-file with the meeting
details.
