Can you make Credit Effect Pause?

Hello:

I have a text list that scrolls up the screen using the credit effect. I
was wondering if there was any way to have it pause partway through the
scroll for a second or two, continue scrolling, pause again, etc. This would
be similar to some of those TV Guide channels you see that pause the list of
channels every 3 or 4 lines.

Hi Steve

I dont know of any way to program a pause in "credits". You may be able to
fake it by dragging the text off the bottom of the slide and using a series
of up motion paths instead.

An alternative is you can pause the credits animation by calling the pen
from the keyboard (ctrl P) and restart by calling the arrow (ctrl A). If this
is acceptable you could make the pen inconpicuous by changing the size /
colour
