credits entry effect limitations?

Using powerpoint 2002:

I have a VERY long list of names that I would like to scroll through in
"movie credits" style. I pasted them into a textbox and chose "credits" as
the entrance effect for the textbox. The text scrolls up from the bottom
as expected but then stops after about 3 or 4 screens full. My textbox is
considerably longer than that. Is this a limitation of the "credits"
effect? Is there a workaround?

Thanks,
Steve

The "crawl" effect suggested in the link below is not doing the job. My
text box is approx 30x the height of the screen. Like the "credits" effect,
the "crawl" effect is not scrolling the entire textbox, only that portion of
it that is near the screenframe. For instance, if I position the textbox so
that the middle of it is over the frame, then I see that part of the textbox
(plus some above and below) when I run it. If I position the textbox
entirely above the frame, then upon running the effect I see that section
that is neares the bottom of the textbox. BUT NOT ALL OF IT.
