Can you format a printed watermark?

Can you format a printed watermark, i.e. move it or make two at one page?
 
A printed watermark is only a WordArt text inserted in the header view. So
the answer to both your questions is yes!

Insert > picture > WordArt?
Format the WordArt to give the results you require.
