Can you do multiple CompletePC backups?

Can you do multiple CompletePC backups and save the images to the save drive?
Would a 2nd backup image overwrite the first image already stored on the
drive?

Thanks for any response.

The answer depends on your backup media. If hard disk, the answer is yes,
but only the latest backup is a .vhd file; the previous backups are
incrementals stored as shadow copies.

When you save to DVD, each backup is a full .vhd file.

Thanks for your reply. My storage media is a Hard drive. However, when I did
a 2nd backup, and then tried to restore my PC to the first backup (by
rebooting the machine using the install CD and going into "restore CompletePC
backup"), the only option I see there was the 2nd backup (on that drive). The
1st backup seemed to have been overwritten.

I haven't been through the steps myself in awhile, but I assume that the
restore defaults to the most recent backup. The older one should still be
there. Is there an "advanced" option to let you select a different version
of the backup?
