Can you create a calendar file for others to import?

We have multiple people at our company who use Outlook 2003 with
Exchange 2003 for our mail server. I am looking for a way to publish a
file on our intranet which will have the company calendar for the
upcoming month with all of the scheduled meetings, which can then be
imported and integrated into each employees calendar if they so choose.

I guess it would be similar to ActiveSync which will combine the
calendars on a mobile device and your PC. This would let them keep the
appointments that they have entered and let them add the company's
calendar at the same time.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Sue,

Thanks for the help. This looks like it will work great, but it is
currently not uploading the appointments into the calendar for the
recipient. The readme file says that a confirmation will popup after
clicking the box to import the appointments and I am not getting that.
It may be because we are using Outlook 2003 and it appears this was
written for Outlook 97/2000. If you have any further insight on this,
that would be great.

Did you publish the form to the Organizational Forms library without checking the "Send form definition with item" box? See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/secforms.htm
