Can you build an interactive form in Microsoft products?

I am working on class evaluations and I want to email them or post them to
the web. Are there products in Microsoft that can do this? (not too difficult
process, please)

If you want to post them to the web and make them interactive, then really
what you need is to create a web page that is interactive. If so, you then
need to ask if you need changes made by the user to be permenantly saved
somewhere (because they wouldn't be saved in the file) and if so, where? It
can indeed, get complicated.

Can you be more specific as to what you want to accomplish?
