Can Webshots be used for multiple XP users

I currently have WinXP Home SP2 with 4 users.

I have downloaded Webshots to my account and all works fine.
If any of the other users try to fun Webshots, they are told that it is not
installed correctly (even if they have admin priviliges). This is clearly a
problem with the Webshots itself not recognising the other users (maybe).

I have been told that it CAN be used by other users and to ask Webshots how
it is done. Unfortunately, it looks as if I would have to upgrade to their
paid account in order to get email support. As this will give me very little
extra over the free version, I am hoping that some kind soul knows how to
get round this issue.
