Deleted Folder reappears.

I have someone who has viewed some pictures I have downloaded onto Webshots
and now they have a folder that reappears after being deleted and rebooting.
They nor I know how this folder got on their pc..and on their D drive to
boot. Below is their email explaining what is going on.

The folder is empty. Always empty. I can delete it, but it will come back
when I reboot. This leads me to suspect it is somewhere
in the registry, but I have no clue what it is I should be looking for...it
is not in the typical Local Machine ...User directory.
:( And Adaware, spybot, Norton and trendmicro don't find it either. :(

I have XP Pro. I use Webshots for my wallpaper changer (every 15 minutes),
and no, no fractals are in my Webshots collection for
display (just the paid for photos). I have saved a few fractals, but not
through webshots save mechanism. . I have never seen any
stray folders relating to any community page I may have visited, either.

Everything is on my C: drive. My D: drive is used by me, manually, to
shuffle things off onto (usually graphics and woodworking
plans/patterns) when C: gets a mite full. It is also the scratch volume for
Photoshop 7, and contains the CAB files for restoring
my PC. (This is a Compaq laptop). This particular folder is D:\Crazy Horse
(two words, capitalized just like that.) Why it has
chosen D: to show up on is beyond my comprehension.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Also..I have no trojans or
virus' as I scan on a regular basis and use SpyBot,AdAware & more.

Even though you use ad-aware and spybot a search at pest patrol shows this to be a trojan
http://pestpatrol.com/Search/query.asp

I don't seem to see any references to Crazy Horse on pestpatrol. Could you
possibly paste the info you found. Thanks
