Can"t open "Details" page when going over xp udates

when I want to view the details about an update for xp home, I can't get the
details when I click on the link or try opening in a new page.
Any suggestions?

Register URLMON.dll
Click Start, Choose Run.
In the Run box, type regsvr32 URLMON.dll
Click OK.

or try the WU Newsgroup if the above doesn't help (mention what you've already tried
and what OS you're using etc).

Windows Update newsgroup:
(OE newsreader)
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windowsupdate
or
(Web)
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/...=microsoft.public.windowsupdate&lang=en&cr=US

Thanks, but I think I found problem- was Pop up Blocker in Norton Internet
Sec. 2005. After turning it off- able to get details (after rebooting). Now
need to see if I can reconfig. it to stay on but allow detail page to show.
