Can System Restore undo changes made by joining/disjoining a domai

Hi,

I recently joined one of my computers to my domain. As a result, I'm using
all the default settings for my programs as it has created a new profile for
joining the domain. I need certain things to be setup the way they are.

Can I undo joining the domain and revert back to my previous workgroup by
running System Restore? I know I could always disjoin it from the domain and
join it back to the workgroup but that will also create a new profile with
all new settings.

In other words, is there any way to undo the damage done by joining a
computer to a domain?

If you want to use your profile that got created when you were logging
on locally then why not logon locally instead of onto the domain? You
had one user profile for when you logged on locally. You got a
different user profile when you logged onto the domain. Choose which
one to use, local or domain, when you login.

To copy over a user profile, run the System appet in Control Panel,
Advanced tab, User Profiles. You cannot be logged onto the profile
because some files will be inuse and some may be locked, so logon onto
userA to copy userB's profile over UserC's profile.

SR will put things back as they were previously. I would be
disconnected from the domain before trying it
