Can send emial

All of the sudden....I have been using windows mail for years, have not
changed any advanced features..
I can receive but sending an email (especially with an attachment) it
freezes. Overall, Windows mail seems real slow..

I noticed this on June 23 (evening, eastern time)
I noticed similar posts, with same issue...
Is this my issue or Microsoft issue..

Again, no advanced features (check or uncheck has been changed)
