Can see in preview pane but not in message

It seems like quite a bit of people are having this problem where the email
comes in, and you can see the text in the preview pane, but after opening the
email, the message isn't there.

I was hoping someone has come across a solution for this problem, but I
wanted to note that we only have this problem when people are sending emails
from their blackberry. Two seperate clients with completely different email
addresses are having the same problem when sending from blackberrys.

Obviously somewhere in the coding of the email the message exists, but
Outlook is unable to read it when viewed normally... strange. Any ideas?

Change your Encoding when you open the message and it's blank. It's on the
View menu.

I'm troubleshooting a similar problem, but only with Messages that are sent
in Rich Text Format. Unfortunately, the encoding option under View is greyed
out, so I can't try that solution.

I've noticed that some RTF emails are converted to plain text, and can be
viewed normally, but the vast majority of them display only any graphic
elements (such as company logos in signatures) while all text is absent.
