Email shows in preview pane but not in reading pane

We have recieved one email from a client that we're able to see the first
couple of lines in the preview pane. iIf we look at it in a reading pane or
open the message the message is not viewable. The source code is there but
the message can not be viewed.

This can happen with a malformed message in HTML format. I know nothing you can do on your end to fix it. Maybe the client can resend in plain text format.

Thanks for the reply, that's what I was thinking but wanted to get someone
elses opinion.

I too am recieving emails that show the first line or two in the preview pane
but nothing in the reading pane. All of my emails are coming through like
this and I have not encountered this problem before. Attachments are fine.
So for my case it seems that it cannot be a malformed message as it really is
all of them. Any ideas?
