Can run Picture It 7.0 on new computer

After I copied "Microscoft's Picture It 7.0" (using a CD R/W) from my old
computer (Dell) to my new computer (Sony) I get error message "The
application failed to initiatize properly (0xc0000142)" when I try to run it
on the new computer. I am running XP Home on both computers. What I'm I
doing wrong?

You failed to properly INSTALL the program.

You can not. You need the orginal CD. When a window program is installed,
it put files in various directories and make register changes. With few
exceptions, very small programs, you can not just copy the one directory and
expect the program to work.
