Help this is what I get when I try to send email.

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Fw: Out
sourcing is getting out of hand!', Account: 'mail1.amaonline.com', Server:
'smtp.amaonline.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554
<[email protected]>: Recipient address rejected: Access denied', Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

550 errors mean either you're attempting to use a sending (SMTP) server that
your ISP doesn't own and operate, or you have an authentication (name,
password, "My server requires authentication") setting that's incorrect.

When I send a message I get it returned with a message from System
Administrator:
"550 #5.1.0 Address rejected"
"553 Sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts"
"Relaying prohibited"

How do I fix this?

It means that amaonline.com was not the same provider as the one
supplying your Internet connection. Unless you use certain
workarounds, you must use the SMTP server belonging to your
connection.
