Can receive but can not send emails via Windows Mail

When I turned my computer on this morning I was not able to send emails. I
get the following message:
An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'prueba', Account:
'mail.onelinkpr.net', Server: 'mail.onelinkpr.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '550 Access denied', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550,
Error Number: 0x800CCC69

I entered all the steps in troubleshooting which are pretty much the same as
the answers for other similar problems but all seems to be fine. Do not know
where else to look. My ISP provider "Onelink" says the problem is not with
them it is Microsoft Windows mail. Please help!

Make sure you have send authentication enabled.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Servers.
Enable the "My server requires authentication" option.

If the problem continues, was Onelinkpr providing your connection
to the Internet when you got that error message?
