I don't think so. You might try converting it to a JPEG and embedding it in
the message in HTML format.
That said - you may also want to reconsider if you really need that
signature. A big clunky signature is slow to download and uses a lot of
storage space. To be frank I usually find them an annoying waste of
resources unless they add substantially to the quality of the message.
