Can Outlook tell me who's telephoning?

If I wire up my 56k fax/modem to my desktop (haven't used it since broadband
was installed), is there any way Outlook 2003 SP2 can tell me who's
telephoning? What would be great is to have a small pop-up identifying the
contact name and number in much the same way as diary events pop up on
screen.

That's obviously assuming CLI is working properly...

I'm based in the UK, if that's relevant.
