Can Outlook be set to display email in text only

For security I don't want Outlook to display incomming
e-mail in html, i want to use plain text only. I have
the mail format in options set to plain text but I still receive
my Em in html.
Is it possiable to do this nd if so HOW???

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
