Can only recive mail if I click on the inbox????HELP

Outlook will send mail fine but it will not receive any
inbound mail unless you click on anything with in the
outlook window? Now I have added the persons profile to
my outlook and I receive all mail just fine so I know it
is not the server profile. I have reinstalled outlook and
still nothing, no change. User had a lot of folder in her
inbox, so I moved them to a different folder and still no
change. I have been through all the settings and I do not
see any thing out of place. This is an OfficeXP system.
This problem has just started up in the past two weeks and
I have not been able to get it figured out. Any help
would (e-mail address removed)
