Can not Uninstall IE6

I am having trouble in several areas - D/Ling photos on
Ebay, sending zone messages on MSN zone etc... Internet
Explorer 6 is the problem. I proved this by D/Ling Netscape
temporarily and all these functions work now! So --- The
fix would be to uninstall IE6 and reinstall I'm sure. BUT I
have a problem: I can NOT uninstall IE6! In control panel
it is not listed in add or delete programs! I do not know
how to uninstall it. If I try to D/L the latest version
from web I get an error that I can not proceed because that
version is the same as the onr already installed. I have
tried everything an can not uninstall Internet Explorer
from my computer! Any ideas anyone. I am thinking that IE6
is hidden inside 1 of my other programs but which one?

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
