Can not tame "from account"

What i want:
outlook to Receive from several e-mail account
Send from 1 account only
I did configure it that way by: setting 1 account as "default" expecting all
emails to be sent through it unless i indicate otherwise. I also disbaled
"send mail items" checmark in send/receive group i use.
Despite all that, when creating/sending new e-mails they are still sent
through different accounts. Mostly the hotmail 1 with logic that i cannot
figure out.

If you are using Outlook 2003 then you can utilize the Send/Receive Group
