Do you mean Internet Explorer? Or do you mean when you start Windows? It
sounds like you have some sort of spyware installed that is failing
because you aren't connected to the Internet. This is all guessing
since you didn't provide much information. Remove spyware with Spybot
Search & Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs before running
them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal tools in Safe
