Can not send email in Outlook

When I try to send I get this fault
550 sorry, your HELO/EHLO greeting must resolve (#5.7.1)
I receive OK and have tried to delete and remake the email address on my
website host. Can anyone help?

Either you're connecting to a mail server that expects a proper name/IP
address pair, one in which a DNS lookup of the former will produce the
latter or you've an ill-formed PC name. Enable diagnostic logging to get
the true picture. Since you don't state your Outlook version, something you
should ALWAYS do when posting a question, see this for Outlook 2002/2003:
