Can not respond to web site posts

I have windows vista and while in a web site, can not send message/question
to the "contact us" locale. Says that windows vista does not support HTTP,
POP sites any longer. Does any one have a solution?

Do you have an email program set up to send/receive email?
Does it have all of the mail protocol defaults, especially mailto:?

Windows Mail under Vista supports POP sites. You may need to install
Windows Live Mail, which supports both POP sites and HTTP sites.

Dave, Thanks for the reply. My ISP is msn and for all other responses and
to send emails I have no problem. It is only when I am in another site that
I can not respond to it. Not sure this will work either but we shall see.

Robert,
Added windows live and have to go to hotmail to view. Very inconvenient.
But I was able to do this prior to installing windows live.

Windows Live Mail can access Hotmail; Windows Mail cannot. Have you
added any other email accounts you have to Windows Live Mail, which
should be able to access any that Windows Mail can? Both are able to
have more than one email account set up.
