Can not print email

I can not print email from certain users. If I send it to
someone else they can print it. When I log on to another
computer the same thing happens there as well. Any ideas
would be helpful, thanks.

They send html and rich text.

When I print emails from a certain domain weather text or
html I get an out of memory error. I have treid this from
different machines witht he same results. I can send it to
someone else and they can view it and print it with out
error. It seemd to me with my profile.

I have running office XP.

What if you forward the message to yourself? Does the forwarded message
print?

XP also. Still no luck. Any ideas?

hmmm - Do you use a roaming Windows profile?

If you shut down Outlook, navigate to your profile folder\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook, and rename your OutlPrnt file, does it make any
difference?

Have you tried creating a new Outlook profile?
