Can not post new messages useing IE

I tried to post a question by selecting on the "New Post" using IE6.
All the page does is refresh! I am unable to post any new questions.

I am using Foxfire for this post and am surprised, but happy it works

I do not claim to be an expert, but could the problem be that you have a
popup blocker active. Either in IE6 or some other software like ex: Norton
Firewall.
