can not open saved file,dialog box is open

saved off a web site, but when I try to open I get a command cannot be
performed because a dialog box is open. Click ok, and then close open dialog
boxes to continue. When I click ok everything goes away

Hi Lee,

Try holding the shift key down while opening the database, that will bypass
any autoexec macro or startup options. This should get the DB open so you
can then check why it is failing.
