can not open 2 browsers at the same time

i cannot open the new browsers while open 1 webpage
if i open the new one
the last page will lost
 
Check this setting.
Tools/Internet Options/Advanced tab
--- Reuse windows for launching shortcuts.....

If you have Yahoo! companion, disable. It has been known to cause this also.
