Can not install Service Pack 1a

When I go to W up date, and try to update the service Pack
1a it will download fine, but when installing I get a
error massage :" SERVICE PACK 1 SETUP ERROR" "Setup could
not verify the integrity of the file UPDATE.inf. Make sure
the Cyptographic service is runnin". I have went to
System Configration and have check for Cyptographic
service and it shows it is ruunning. What do I need to
do to fix this? Thanks Darell

I have downloaded it. I have it in my Brifcase, but I get
the same results.
