can not install printer

when i try to download the printer driver and install it
just before the installation is complete microsoft
canceles the installation and i can not get my printer to
install. please help. i have been working on this for
several months now and can not get any progress.

Hello Angela

If you can provide pc type and also type or model number
of the printer that you have wether it is USB or Parallel or
both ok. And one would be able to better help you better

Are you logged on as an Administrator or a User with Administrative
