CAN NOT for the life of me...Establish MS Exchange Server - Windows XP

i have been trying for months to connect to the MS
Exchange Server from my XP computer. Our Mail Server is
98..and they just aren't jiving. I have to get my mail
in Outlook 2002 through pop-server set up. Any ideas how
to resolve this problem. Please advise.

Julz, do you have XP Home or PRO? PRO I can interface, I
don't believe you can with XP Home.
