Can not download this file.

This file downloads proper and opens in excel when I log on using NS4.8
However it hangs in IE6. Control-alt-del says "not responding"
I realize its a secure file but hoping for ideas anyway. I am secure logged
onto the site in both NS & IE

Trying to do away with need for NS program.

I am suspecting something in IE6, perhaps in internet options" as the secure
data shows on the webpage but will not download as a .csv file.
