can not delete

Does anyone know this? I have a user that deletes items
off his desktop or my documents and as soon as he reboots
or logs back on it all comes back..... Help please!!!

Your installation is using roaming profiles. You can easily
prove this: Disconnect his network cable before he logs on,
and the files won't come back.
