Can not delete files from remote site

Guest

Hi,
I have this problem using frontpage 2000 and thought it was because of the
version, so I upgraded to frontpage 2003 but it is still the same
When I publish my site frontpage would advice me about files that exist on
the remote server and ask if I want to delete that. YES but at the end of
the publish sessions, on checking the remote site all the files is still
there.
If I click on the file / files on the remote site and select to delete them
after running through the dialog it will pop up the following error "Server
erro: the server extensions where unable to access the file "forntpg.lck"
Please check the file permissions.
Any changes will publsih normally but it don't delete any files removed that
is removed from the local site on the remote site
Thanks

Have your host delete the frontpg.lck file on your remote web.
