Can not delete emails from Deleted items folderin Windows Mail

I can not delete emails from Deleted Items folder in Windows Mail.....Can
anyone tell me how to do this--I have 36 emails in there that can not be
deleted...

I can delete any new emails after these 36 but can not delete these 36
emails. Can someone please email me at this email address below and tell me
how to delete these 36 emails in Deleted Items folder of Windows Mail

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

Few of the more helpful responders on this newsgroup will respond by email.

For the undeletable message problem, download and install this hotfix, with
Windows Mail not running:

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in
other folders.
